Petřín funicular

Petřín funicular

The Petřín funicular is a funicular railway in Prague. The line was originally opened in 1891, with a length of 383 metres. The funicular has three stops: Újezd (at the bottom), Nebozízek (in the middle – this picture) and Petřín (at the top of the hill). At the top you will find Petřín Tower and park to relax and enjoy beautiful view of Prague.

Near Petřín you can find some nice accomodation in some of Prague hotels (in Malá Strana, Hradčany, Staré Město).
